I am Katie Foley and recently started out making dolls from fabric and felt or various types of clay! My dolls are all OOAK as no two are the same i don't use patterns or molds

For this event

I'm giving away the lovely Candy!!

Candy is a shy little girl who blushes very easy!!
She loves being pretty in pink! and has lovely pink shoes and hair :)

Candy is made from various fabrics and felt, her shoes and lips have been hand painted using acrylic paint and her hair is made from mo hair wool. She stands just under 50cm tall and is stuffed full of love!

Candy also comes wearing a lovely neacklace with a vintage key and angel feather!

Violet!

Hiyah!

Yesterday my two dollys Eloise and Charlotte went to a lovely new home! :) so i got busy and made a big new dolly! shes called Violet and is a little bigger than my last two! (50cms)

Shes very purple because purple is Violets most favorite colour! :)

Jack in a box!

Hiyah again :)

Here is my first Jack in the box! he's called Jack and is all handmade by me i'm still debating whether or not to list him on Etsy! but i think i like him too much! :) I'm planning on making a few more of these in the near future because i really enjoyed making him :) and i have a few more ideas for my next hehe. He is still not completely finished as i am waiting for a musical movement to come (tomorrow i hope!) and i have to finish his hat! but i couldn't wait to put some photos up to show him off

so here he is!
And here is his hat so far! still needs a bit of stitching and a few bells :P

Work in progress

Hiyah,

This is my new project! He is called Vincent and is my very first attempt at making a puppet/marionette! :) he still needs alot of work! but here is a a couple of photos of him! (contains some nudity :P)

He'll be much happier when he gets his wig and clothes on! i have made him a rather fetching top hat so far! but he does need alot more work! tomorrow i'm baby free all afternoon (yey) so i'll get some work done then :) cant wait to get him dressed and strung properly! :)

Introducing Charlotte! :)

This is my new dolly Charlotte ^^

I wanted to make a autumn coloured dolly with lots of reds and greens but i realized i didn't have any green fabric!! soooo i had to improvise and painted some fabric i did have :) so this week i think i'll be investing in some nice green fabric :P although i do like the effect of painted fabric :)

Charlotte is a little smaller than Eloise but just as good at keeping secrets!

New year and new creations!!

Its been a while since i've had a chance to post on my blog!

but i'm back and introuducing..

Eloise


She is a very quiet girl and is also shy, but she is a very good listener. You can tell her all your secrets and know that she will never tell anybody! she keeps them safely locked away.

Eloise is 36cms tall and hand stitched! her hair is made of wool and she has both sewn on and painted features.

She will be up for sale on Etsy very soon! either tomorrow or tonight *fingers crossed*
